Could it be the overactive bot 'Hector Van Daemon' (approx 1/2 million
transactions per day) that is causing Pandorabots to frequently fail to
display a webpage while I am trying to develop my bot?

I'm just a grade twelve student in the Upper Canada Distric School Board and
i just wanted to make my own chat bot, and have some fun with it. I liked
playing around with the several chat bots that I've seen, and wanted to make
my own. so far i am liking it a lot

did you use and why??? What goals did you have, what is the purpose of your
bot; or who is your target audience??? Are you a hobbyist or a R&D
commercial developer?? In which case I will understand a reluctance to share
