[Square Bear]

Hi everyone,

Here is an AIML file which will allow your bot to work out which day of the
week any date between 1753 and 2299 will fall on.

I've made two versions, one for the English users and one for the USA users,
as we tend to layout dates dd/mm/yyy whereas our American friends tend to
put mm/dd/yyyy. Just use the one most suitable to your bot and say "whatday"
to get it going:

Example:

Human: What day was 25th of June 1942?
Robot: Enter a date between 1753 and 2299 and I will tell you what day it
falls on.
Dates must be entered in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy.

Please enter your date.

Human: 25/6/1942
Robot: The 25th of June 1942 is a Thursday.

On this day in history June 25:

1876 - Battle of Little Bighorn (Custer's last stand)
1950 - North Korea invaded South Korea precipitating the Korean War
1953 - John Christie sentenced to death for the murder of four women.

I've included a little checking so if the user enters the month name rather
than number it will still work. A lot of the events are UK related but feel
free to amend the AIML to include relevant dates for your countries.
