Hi,

I was the author of the bot called Emilie.

I can give you good advice about the issue of adapting AIML patterns for the
french language.

And it's not simple, because AIML was designed for english (a language with
a simple grammar, and not many ways to write a single lemma). French is very
different.

The two french sets you mentioned are incomplete, and very buggy. They were
not designed for pandorabots, and they use tags forbidden or not supported
by pandorabots !

I had to strip the AIML set to the bone, and rewrite every single pattern to
be sure not to have no errors in compilation.
