Thanks for all your help everyone.
My bot actually is for people who are under mental distress. Its not too 
helpful now but im hoping one day it will be. Its called Angel 1800-suicide. 
This advice is very helpful...im gona make some notes and see what i can do. 
im pretty much amature when it comes to coding but some of it seems simple 
enough. thanks everyone. ill keep reading replies
