[pandorabots-general] XML Editors

Thanks for the neat ideas and suggestions.
I mostly lurk and read the posts, I'm not a programmer, just someone who 
uses the Alice engine in an eggdrop bot on an IRC network.
However, that being said, I'm becoming interested in trying some of these 
ideas I see here.
Can someone suggest a *good* XML editor for a rank noob?
