  I don't have time or ability to set up speech recognition web bots, droids, whatever, but I would be willing to trial and work on the responses for ESL purposes and test it on Cantonese kids learning English.  I'm doing a Doctorate in Education (ESL), so might have a bit of credibility with organisations.  If there are some small costs involved, I might be able to cover it.
