[pandorabots-general] Bot hosting

Yep Ysalaya is proprietary like runabot, personalityforge and the so famous
pandorabots and jabberwacky.

Create a bot is a big job, create a bot hosting site is also a big job. 

to start a bot hosting project you could use an open source framework like
phpnuke and add you own code in PHP (the bot kernel and so on) . Runabot
uses phpbb to manage the users. Using a framework offers a lot of already
done task in a great manner. GPL is GPL ...
