Maybe so Princess...but the person could of gone to the website and checked
before emailing and they could of seen everything was back up and working

I just got the e-mail you're replying to today (Jan 4)--and it's dated the
2nd of January, only 3 hours after Doubly Aimless let us know everything was
fixed.

So perhaps it's not the fault of the author not reading their e-mail, but
the fault of the Internet for not getting them their e-mail for a couple
days.  Maybe the author hasn't got Doubly Aimless' e-mail yet? 
Considering it was sent such a short time after Doubly Aimless' e-mail, they
probably didn't have it at the time.
