><category>
><pattern> * AND *</patteren>
><template> <srai><star index="1"/></srai><srai><star
>index="2"/></srai></template>
></category>
The use of <star index="1"/> is the same as using <star/>. When using more
than 1 * <star/> it is <star/> then <star index="2"/> and so on as in:
<category>
<pattern>WILL YOU TELL ME WHAT AN * * * * * IS</pattern>
<template><srai>DEFINE <star/> <star index="2"/> <star index="3"/>
<star index="4"/> <star index="5"/></srai></template>
</category>
<star index="1"> is always assumed to be <star/>. Saves a little bit of
extra work. So it should look like thie this:
<category>
<pattern> * AND *</patteren>
<template> <srai><star/></srai><srai><star
index="2"/></srai></template>
</category>
