[pandorabots-general] Silly Question...

And so that everyone knows what this is...

This is part of what I call the art of effective AIML...

The 4 categories dedicated to every method of "recognizing" the
pattern make sure that no matter how the user inputs the pattern,
it will be handled in the set method.

AIML as a language is a science.

Writing in it to create an effective "intelligence" and/or
"personality" is an art (thank you Peter Plantec).

Hi Dekadens,

Something like this is not very sophisticated, but seems to work.

<category>
<pattern>QWERTY</pattern>
<template><srai>EYES</srai></template>
</category>

<category>
<pattern>_ QWERTY</pattern>
<template><srai>EYES</srai></template>
</category>

<category>
<pattern>QWERTY _</pattern>
<template><srai>EYES</srai></template>
</category>

<category>
<pattern>_ QWERTY _</pattern>
<template><srai>EYES</srai></template>
</category>

When I tell my bot "I like your qwerty", she answers "Don't
forget I see
you. With my lovely blue eyes".

I must admit her qwerty are really wonderful.
