[pandorabots-general] AIML updating

[GT40]

On the Pandora Botmaster dashboard, the "Last Modified" column shows dates of
modification of AIML files. Not only for Alice files, but also for other
sets. Like the French AIML files sent from my HD, and considered as "local"
in the "Library" column.

Do you know if these modifications are real updates or just changes of date?
