[pandorabots-general] Bot properties not updating when viewed in IRC

Hi,

I've just started using my bot again after a couple years, and I noticed 
that, when I add new properties (i.e. the old example "weather" and "rainy") 
it shows up in the properties page, and when training, she responds as she 
should ("How's the weather?" "rainy.")  I also updated her new home and a 
few other properties, all of which show up fine in training (as well as the 
http interface).

However, when asking her questions in IRC, such as "Where do you live?"  She 
responds with her old information, instead of the new updated properties.  
I've definitely published with the new info, and I've even tried restarting 
the program I use to connect (which doesn't hold any information about the 
bot itself anyway.)

So to me, it seems like there are old properties stored somewhere, and for 
some reason are being referenced when an outside program asks for them.

Any suggestions?
