All good points, however this initiative is "outside the box", therefore feel like some creativity is called for on the web site.

  At this time it may be cheaper and better to use real intelligence. Depends how much interaction you need, how long it will run for, and whether it might be better solved with a better FAQ page rather than a chatting bot with the same info. :D
