In my case I wish, but no I don't think so.   Much of it is original
content and scattered material from books and the internet.
Non of it is in FAQ format.   I have to think up the synonyms and
questions myself.   My bot will be for entertainment.   I am also
creating 'emotion' context for reciprocity with the visitor.   The
emotion keys will tie in with a real-time avatar.
