[pandorabots-general] teach the pandorabots

Your figures are consistent with my own estimates.  I usually quote "1
AIML category per minute" for an experienced botmaster.  The figure is an
average, of course, because some categories take several minutes, but
others can be created with cut & paste and you can write several of these
in one minute.
