[pandorabots-general] Too much recursion in AIML

I did this for a while so that one of my bots would use the predicates 
catagory ASAP (so that it would activate an abuse AIML warning system I 
found and altered), but it just ended up calling people OM.  And then 
they'd ask, why it was calling them OM?
