[pandorabots-general] Bot not working

Thanks for the help. The trainer caused some weird loops in my aiml file.
So with some research I have figured out how to do a nice support bot. Let
me know if my methodology is flawed or can be done easier.
In my line of work, most support questions are basically key words or
phrases. The words around them are rarely significant and they are all
answerable with url's or quick answers.
For instance:
Keywords "walled garden"
The customer might ask:
Does your software support a walled garden?
How do I configure a walled garden in your hardware?
So to make sure I capture all of the permutations, I set up the following
in the aiml file.
_ walled garden *
_ walled garden
Walled garden *
So far its working like a charm. Am I on the right track?
