Doubly Aimless confirmed some time ago that the Uk to US translator (and possibly other 
features) is built in to the Pandorabots interpreter. Put it another way, it's nowhere to be 
found in the AIML set used by Pandorabots and cannot be overridden.

I found thisout when I tried to  make Sylvie a UK English speaker (like me)!
