I did not see any reason for wanting to vote for the article but I did
attempt to reach the robot but at
http://www.buddhabot.blogspot.com/
the link at the top right to "Buddhabot" resulted in
http://www.edgeio.com/tt/Buddhabot
Ah, but I see that there is a link to "Buddhabots.com"
and I see that there is a charge to speak to the bot.
