I can't tell you whether or not sometimes special exceptions are made.
Dr. Aimless or perhaps Dr. Wallace would be the ones to know about
that. But in general, it's considered unnecessary to provide for the
option to change email addresses on your account.

Your AIML is all downloadable. If you haven't modified the actual
ALICE files, then all the changes you have made will be in the
update.aiml file at the end of your AIML list. But even if you have
uploaded extra files, or modified the actual ALICE or AAA files your
bot uses, you can still download every bit of chatbot development
you've accomplished.

Standard procedure is then to delete your current bot, start a new
account with your current email address, start a new bot with the old
bot's name, and upload your files to the new bot. Thus the new bot is
exactly the same as the old bot. Only the Pandorabots website address
for your bot has changed. Notify friends who use your bot or other
websites that link to it of the address change, and you're back in
business, lol.

As I said, if you have some special reason why you need to keep your
bot's current web address the Pandorabots staff may oblige you--I just
don't know if they will or won't. But standard procedure is to
download your AIML, delete your old bot, start a new bot, and restore
your old bot's name, settings, AIML files, etc. to the new bot. You've
uncomplicated your own situation, then, and you have exactly the same
bot, just with a new bot ID number.
