[pandorabots-general] What am I doing wrong ???

Ok I am new to all of this aiml. I am trying to change a bot to work within
our company.!!
Problem is I have created a blank bot.
Have created an aiml file and named it bustimes and uploaded it to
pandorabots.
Here is the whole file.

This is the only file I have. So when I go to chat to my bot and ask "have
you some bus times to Hereford" the reply I keep getting is "I have no
answer for that" 
What is wrong with my file for the bot to fail in answering with the coreect
answer instead of the default "I have no answer....."

I have studied the tutorial and well I cant think or see what is wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.
